I started my new website last week with a brand new domain name and template. Since then I have been writing copy about my services (fueled by coffee and excitement about the new website). Once the site was ready to been seen by the general public I decided to apply some search engine optimisation so that people could find it in the search engines.

I have spent the last few days doing some submissions, back link building and tweaks to my code for search engine optimisation and today I discovered some AMAZING results….

I went to google.co.nz (pages from new zealand) and typed in ecommerce marketing AND guess what I saw….There I was sitting proudly in position 8/10 on page 1 of Google’s Search Results for New Zealand.

Not bad for a weeks work
